Sales & Customer Service Administrator, Wincanton, £22,000 pa, Full Time, Mon-Fri, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join an industry leading supplier in metal fabrication and electrical equipment. As a Sales & Customer Service Administrator, you will be in charge of processing sales and customer orders and ensure high quality service is met throughout the customer experience. As a Sales & Customer Service Administrator your role will be varied, but you can expect:

  • Process quotes, orders and invoices and returns
  • Manage and upkeep client records
  • Create sales invoices
  • Key Accounts Management
  • Maintain internal computer systems
  • Customer Order Management
  • Specific Product Sales

You will be joining a lively team that is passionate about producing good quality work and delivering a high level of customer service. As a Sales & Customer Service Administrator you should bring your enthusiastic and pro-active nature to the role. As well as:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Packages
  • Previous Office Administration Experience
  • Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Attention to detail in Administrative Tasks
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
